This Fire Magic Echelon Diamond searing station is designed as a companion cooker to your Fire Magic Echelon Diamond grill and features a matching stainless steel face, as well as back-lit knob, hot-surface ignition, patented Diamond Sear cooking grids, and a power switch. Sear favorites such as ahi tuna and marbled fillet mignon to perfection with 24,400 BTUs and up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit of infrared heat, locking in juices for tender meat and full flavor. Perfect for an amazing seared steak. This searing station plugs in to the Echelon Diamond grill transformer for power, otherwise it requires an additional transformer if used independently of the grill (part number: 24187-18).
